💡For this part of our Prep Series: Garden Marg.

Our Garden Marg starts with a fresh cucumber agua fresca made with cucumber, dill, cilantro, lime, agave, and water.

Even though everything is weighed by the gram, the yield can still vary depending on the cucumbers, which is why we always start with the agua fresca.

From there, we combine it with our house spirit batch and a lil salt to make it POP before sending it off to the frozen machine.

The result is one of our absolute favs: the Garden Marg! 🥒
