You know the ones. The songs that sound best with the windows down, sweet tea sweating in the summer sun, and no particular place to be. This Friday is for the road-trippers, front porch rockers, and barefoot backyard barbecue memories.

For more than 50 years, the Marshall Tucker Band has been weaving together Southern rock, country, blues, and a little bit of that unmistakable feeling that comes from an open road and a summer evening. With classics like Can't You See, Heard It in a Love Song, and Fire on the Mountain, their music has become the soundtrack to generations of fans.

And this Friday is your chance to hear it live in Downtown Cheyenne.

Come hungry, too because our food vendors, including our generous sponsors Ranch Eats and G-Licious BBQ/Catering are serving up all the good stuff. Joining them on the Plaza this week are Los 6 Hermanos, Bangkok Bites LLC, Aidens BabyCakes & Dirty Sodees, La Piña Loca, and Madflavor LLC.

Happy Friday, Friends!!! We've missed you!
Tonight's nonprofit spotlight is Habitat for Humanity of Laramie County Habitat helps local families build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership right here in our community. Stop by their booth to learn more about their mission, how you can get involved, and the many ways you can help build a stronger Cheyenne.

A few friendly reminders before you head downtown:
Please leave pets at home. The Plaza is hot, loud, crowded, and stressful for animals.
Please be considerate of those around you and keep smoking and va**ng to the outside perimeter of the event area.
If you're feeling under the weather, please stay home and join us another week.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are you ready, Cheyenne?! Time to kiss those winter blues goodbye because we’re BACK with a lineup of jams we’ve all played on repeat. This season we’re bringing you the songs that have echoed through our soul with the windows down on an open highway but…have you heard them live?

First up, Switchfoot is bringing ALL the nostalgia. With hits like Meant to Live, Dare You to Move, and Stars, Switchfoot has spent over two decades delivering high-energy live performances and anthems that have helped define a generation of alternative rock fans.

And tomorrow night…they’re bringing that same energy to the Plaza. This is the kind of live music experience that reminds you why concert season just hits different.

Don't miss this! Blue October is TONIGHT, and they're getting prepared to absolutely rock the Cheyenne Civic Center 🔥

Are you ready?!

Tonight, Thanks for the Memories continues with Blue October. The show starts at 7:30 PM, and don’t forget— it’s free!
Before you roll in, here are a few details to keep your night running smoothly.

FREE General Admission:
- Entrance: ALL General admission will enter through the Will Call doors on the North side of the venue.
- Line Starts Sunday at 8:00 AM. NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING.
- GA Doors open at 6:30 PM.

Season Pass Holders:
- Entrance: ALL Season Pass holders will enter through the Box Office on the South side of the building (Front Doors).
- Doors open at 6:00 PM. If you are not there by 6:30 PM, prime viewing is not guaranteed.

A couple of other things to note:
-​​- ALL attendees will be wanded by security before entry. This will take place outside. Please dress accordingly and arrive early.
-- Bags must follow our Clear Bag Policy (or be a small clutch/wallet up to 6.5” x 4.5”), and will be checked at the door.
– Guests under 16 will need to come with an adult.
– For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please be kind to staff, performers, and those around you
– No weapons or unapproved materials (like campaign or promotional items) are allowed.

We’re almost ready for the 2nd concert of our Thanks for the Memories series, with the absolutely killer, Blue October. We can’t wait to get this show started! Don’t miss this!
