Every year, Colorado State University (CSU) Extension conducts their Land Rental and Custom Rates Survey to determine the rates charged for various crops and livestock operations and lease arrangements from the preceding year.

The report generated from this data is used throughout the state to set income tax averages, assess land values, and is used by lenders during loan renewal season. Your responses create more accurate data and influence your local policy.
