We have whole Smoked Rack of Ribs ready for take home dinners. Plan your holiday weekend & grab a few. Comes with a choice of our Carolina Gold BBQ sauce (mustard based) or our Pitt BBQ sauce (ketchup based).
To reheat: Preheat your oven to 325°. Once ready, take off the plastic wrap & place ribs on a sheet pan; leave the butcher paper on, as this will help with moisture & flavor Place in oven for 10 minutes. Pull out of the oven, open the paper carefully, as it will be hot & spread the bbq sauce on it. Place back in oven for another 10 minutes, with paper wrap left open so the sauce can caramelize a bit. At this stage, you can pull out of oven & place on plate. Cut them up or get your hand dirty. They will be hot, so be careful. You can also just heat the ribs up for 20 minutes in the butcher paper & afterwards dip your ribs in the sauce. Either way, enjoy!
