Our very own wonderful and amazing Meredith was kind enough to lend us her Blood Orange-Coconut Margarita recipe so that we could turn it into a deliciously devious slush to help us kick off summer!

"Meredith's Massacre" is made with fresh blood orange and lime juice, coconut cream, tequila, and just a dash of pure, concentrated scorn.

So thank Meredith. She's amazing! She came up with this drink! She definitely didn't tell us to write that!

It’s June, and that means it’s time for a Giving Tap Update. Last month, you helped us put together an incredible donation in our beloved Matt Dolbey’s honor. The GoFundMe is still going, so please, keep contributing if you can. We have plans for more ways to support his family in the future and cherish his memory: starting with, for the months of June and July our resident artist will donate 10% of all of his sales to the GoFundMe.

While the weather hasn’t cooperated this long weekend for spending time outdoors, our taproom is open today from 12-6pm, and we’re rolling into our summer hours this week! Seven days a week, open later on Friday and Saturday…and in less than a month, open early for the Chester Sunday Market!
