1. We appreciate you. Whether it's your first visit or one of many you are equally important to all of us.
2. We love our employees. They are our Front Line-Both the wait staff & chefs, without them...Don't even want to think about it!
3. We are all passionate about what we do. We are an extremely fun diverse group but one heck of a team. Comprised of busines
s majors, criminal justice majors, soon to be teachers, dancers, tattoo artist, single moms, comedians & we even have a dragon.
4. We are one team. You may have someone initially assigned to you, but we are all there to help you. If you need anything from a sauce, napkins or you check brought to you we can all do that!
5. We are human. We make mistakes, but give us the opportunity to fix it while you are with us. Communicate in person-we have all misread a text, email or post. Tell us something is wrong so we can make sure it's corrected. Leaving reviews after your experience benefits neither one of us.
6. We our devoted to our focus which is local Va craft beer and sell a lot of it! We change kegs too frequently to print a current list of what's on tap. We pride ourselves on continuous variety.
