We're located on a 178-acre lakeshore farm -- a farm that's been in our family for more than five generations. Here at our w**ery, we provide our guests with robust w**es, cool slushies, mellow spirits, NYS craft beers, and fresh charcuterie boards. We are a safe destination with COVID rules in place; our tasting room is augmented by spacious porches, a pavilion, and a new open deck. Whether you'r

e here joining us for a w**e tasting with some friends or are hosting a private event here, you're always more than welcome to walk the trails with your dog, go cross-country skiing, hang out with our rescue animals, rent a canoe or kayak for time on the water, cozy up next to the fire, or simply enjoy the picturesque views down by the shore. No matter the occasion, we look forward to sharing the best in farm and lakeshore hospitality with you!

Thanks for your patience, everyone! White Caps Winery will be on a full schedule this Labor Day Weekend 2026, open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 6:00 PM! Please come by and welcome our new steward, Melissa, who has just joined us!

Remember that cases of w**e are 20 percent off this weekend, so do come by and celebrate the beginning of our fall season with us! The walking trail is open and the dock is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon!

White Caps is so much more than a w**ery. We invite you to visit us as a destination, whether for a shower, or a wedding, or just a perfect day to enjoy our dock on the bay. Especially popular is our dog-friendly tasting room, as well as porches, pavilion, and walking trails. Our gorgeous oak tree has a bench under its branches just waiting for you. So come and savor our special w**es and craft beers, and enjoy all our extras as well. The rescues will welcome you and so will our awesome staff! July and August hours are Noon to 6:00 PM Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays!

Happy Fourth of July! White Caps wants to celebrate 250 years of American independence by extending our hours into Fridays! We will be introducing Mass Riot and Mimosas as of July 3rd to celebrate this momentous occasion and do it right! Celebrate with co****le, foosball , cards, and board games alike. Bring the dog, the family, and as many friends as you can carry to White Caps Winery this weekend. Celebrate with us for three days this weekend and do it your way, on independence day!

Good news, Whitecaps w**ery in June will be shifting to include Sundays! Hours Saturday & Sunday will be noon until 6pm. This Sunday we welcome special guests playing live music. Music will feature an acoustic set with originals and covers from modern times all the way back in time to the 1930’s consisting of folk and blues. Music will be from 2-5pm on Sunday, and we hope to see you there. Cheers to a wonderful June!

Celebrate May 30 with White Caps Winery!

The wind is up on the bay and the sun keeps
popping out, so we’re ready for some summer
weather at the w**ery. Guests are already
walking dogs and enjoying the porches and the
dock. With our nine w**es available as well as
Meier’s outstanding craft beers, there’s a
beverage for everyone, including some mixed
drink options, sparkling water, seltzers and pop.
Charcuterie boards offer a bit of great food as
well. So rain or shine, come join us on Saturday
from Noon to 6:00 PM!
