Opened in March of 2015 and located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, our Experimental Distillery is the first distillery to craft whiskey in Chattanooga in over 100 years. With over 100 different barrels maturing in our aging cellar, every visit to the Experimental Distillery is an exploration of the past, present, and future of hand-crafted bourbon. Ginger Infused hits shelves at our Experimental Distillery on July 3 and will be available soon in select stores in TN and GA!

Inspired by the effervescent "whiskey highball" style, Ginger Infused is a carbonated, whiskey-based seltzer, crafted with just 5 all-natural ingredients: lemon peel, orange peel, dried ginger, lemongrass, and gentian.

We infused this vibrant blend of botanicals into our Chatt Whiskey 91 for over a week, then blended the whiskey with a hint of sugar and carbonated water. Canned at 8% ABV, Ginger Infused is crafted specifically for warm weather and outdoors enjoyment!
