When you book Legendary Servers & Dishwashers, your doing more then just supporting local youth & high school students.

I always bring them into elegant environments, teach them how to dress up, show up and provide a service to the people. My high school students have been applying all the pressure at events. Flipping rooms, learning how to read a floor plan, learning how to communicate with catering companies, understanding what a timeline looks like and how follow it and most importantly - legendary expectations will always go with them in life no matter where they go or what they do!!
Teaching young people how to provide a service will forever be my greatest accomplishment 🙌

Pro tips for summer weddings from a vendor who provides staff for over 100 weddings a year! (That's Me) 🌞 lets dive in .....

💧 Ensure your guests have access to water at all times - cocktail hour, reception, sometimes even the ceremony if it's outside. Make this hydration station "self serve".

🍴 Make sure if you have real plates, silverware, chargers and glassware rentals - you need to book a dishwasher (yes even rinsing plates is a whole operation) 👌 trust me!
Your coordinator is NOT a dishwasher
Your catering team is NOT a dishwasher.
Your servers are NOT Dishwashers.
Your parents are NOT Dishwashers.
You get the point 😃

🍸 Your drinks coming from the bar should 1000% be in disposable cups. If you decide to have real glassware, buy 9oz disposable cups from Sams Club so your bartender can switch to disposable late night. This allows all glassware to be collected in a timely manner.

🍽 If catering is not clearing tables, you definitely need servers to clear tables, cut cake, maintain hydration stations and take out trash!

🧊 ICE - I could harp on this all day!!!! Ice melts FAST in the summer. Even in coolers, even if your inside! You need Ice for water, tea, lemonade, to Ice down beer and wine and clean bar ice for cocktails. Recommended - 30 bags (7lb)
