Our seasonal day boat Alaskan Halibut has once again arrived at Il Primo.

80 pounds of fresh Alaskan Halibut are in-house and being hand-cut by Chef Oscar, Chef Brett, and Il Primo’s culinary team for a limited time.

This is the dish our friends and neighbors wait all year for—and it never lasts long.
