Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to wait until the 14th. Next week at The Hotel Chalet and Elsie’s Daughter, we’re getting a head start with good music, candlelit tables, and plenty of reasons to indulge.

Kick things off with Vinyl Nights, our new Monday series at Elsie’s hosted in collaboration with Mike Walker + Yellow Racket Records, enjoy live music on Tuesday from LVNDR and Thursday from Lon Eldridge, and join us Thursday and Friday for our Valentine’s prix fixe dinner. From milk bread rolls with chive butter to brown butter scallops over local grits or an 8 oz. filet with red miso, the menu is designed for long dinners, shared bites, and staying out past your bedtime.

The most festive time of year is here, and Elsie’s Daughter has some very special supper experiences to celebrate.

On December 25th, we’re serving a three-course prix fixe built for festive indulgence, featuring your choice of prime rib, Christmas ham, or stuffed flounder.

Then on New Year’s Eve, we’re closing out the year with scallops and caviar, truffled tagliatelle, roasted duck, devil’s food cake, and all the celebratory sparkle your heart desires.
