Hey Boozy Babes,

Toni Zamboni of The Blind Tiger & The Wine Shop at Grocery Bar would be able to sell liquor much like The Vine by Whole Foods should the City Council pass a certain ordinance tomorrow.

The ordinance is being proposed by councilman Chris Anderson and would allow retail wine stores in the C-3 section of downtown to sell specialty liquors so long as it doesn't exceed 33% of the sales.
