Our Veterans of Foreign War Post was established February 15, 1957, through the efforts of Bill "Blackie" Reynolds as a new post. Thrasher, a member and distinguished judge for Hamilton County. The post is open to members and their guests six days a week. All VFW members are welcome to the hospitality offered here. Lounge hours are: Monday-Thursday 3 PM to 10 PM, Friday 5 PM to 11 PM: and Saturday

5 PM to Midnight. Dances held each Saturday night feature a live band and guests of post members are welcomed. Admission is only $5 per person. General membership meeting is held the first Thursday of each month at 6 PM, with the Executive Board meeting the preceding Tuesday.
