The spookiest bookish trivia of the year is coming on October 18th at 4 pm. Don’t be daunted... Come get haunted. Categories to include: Monster Mash, I Put a Spell On You, Curse Me Good, and Somebody’s Watching Me. Teams with all members in a costume will win 2 points!

Only one grown up fiction book this month , three memoir-type though each with their own take on the genre, and that fascinating mushroom book I wrote about in the Rag last month. Two children’s books- that Weirdie one was truly weird. Full disclosure, I crossed my 52 book threshold this month, which means now we’re just swinging for the fences!
