A message from our family ๐ค
This is one of the hardest posts weโve ever had to write.
After 17 beautiful years, our Hixson location will be closing on February 15, 2026.
With the passing of Tony, our family has been walking through a season of grief, reflection, and big life changes. This restaurant was his heart. He poured everything into it his time, his energy, his love for people, and his pride in serving this community. Hixson wasnโt just a locationโฆ it was home to him.
Making the decision to close this chapter has not been easy, but we feel itโs the right step as we focus our efforts and continue forward at our Hamilton Place location. We are condensing, not disappearing. We will still be here, still cooking, still serving, and still carrying Tonyโs legacy with us every single day.
To our Hixson customers, thank you doesnโt feel like enough.
For 17 years you showed up for us, supported our family, celebrated milestones with us, and became part of our story. Many of you watched us grow up. Many of you knew Tony personally. He loved you all so much, and he was so proud of what this place became because of this community.
We also want to share that the new owner coming into the Hixson space is truly wonderful. He has great ideas and a vision heโs bringing to the area, and we are genuinely excited to see what comes next for that location. We know youโll welcome him the way you welcomed us all those years ago.
Please come see us at Hixson before February 15 if you can. We would love to hug you, thank you in person, and share these final days together. And after that, you can always find us at Hamilton Place, where my dadโs spirit, recipes, and love for this community will continue to live on.
