Way back in 2020, we said we’d NEVER do Trivia Night.

Well… apparently “never” has a six-year shelf life.

Turns out wine, friends, vinyl and a little friendly competition make a pretty great combination.

🦈 Charcuterie Week is back at JMac's... and the feeding frenzy begins each day at 5P!

Kick off the week on Tuesday as we welcome back Moritz Bak, owner and winemaker of Res Fortes from France's legendary Roussillon region. Meet Moritz, hear the stories behind the wines, and enjoy a glass or lthree paired with a delicious selection of French cheeses.

The frenzy continues all week with irresistible creations from our friends at Oui Oui Boulangerie, artisan charcuterie and kitchen displays from our neighbor Good Kinsmen, incredible cheeses from Sequatchie Cove Cheese, and plenty more delicious surprises.

🧺 One lucky guest will even swim away with a Good Kinsmen gift basket packed with some of their favorite goodies.

Then on Saturday, sink your teeth into a great charcuterie board, order a bold red, and enjoy Jaws on the big screen. Because everything pairs better with wine... except swimming after dark.

So what's a "pincho" you ask? Well Pinchos Magazine says... A"pincho" (meaning "spike" or "thorn" in Spanish) generally refers to a small, handheld skewer or a single-serving appetizer. In the Basque Country of northern Spain and surrounding regions, a "pintxo" is a small bite—typically a slice of baguette topped with ingredients like seafood, cheese, or croquettes—held together by a toothpick.

What we say is "Pinchos are perfect pairing with the wines of northern spain!" And our friends at Pedestrian Wine and Cheese are bringing their best creations of these classic favorites to go with some of our favorite Spanish wines. Join us!
