For our first supper, we are proud to feature High Lawn Farm — a beloved Berkshire dairy known for its beautiful herd, exceptional milk, and long tradition of thoughtful farming. Guests will enjoy a menu inspired by High Lawn’s products and hear directly from the farm about their history, practices, and what it takes to produce exceptional dairy from pasture to table.

Details of the evening:

Cocktail hour in Canteen Bar 4-5 pm. Arrive anytime during this hour.

Five-course supper prepared by Bimi’s Canteen consisting of a cheese flight, a salad, a starter, a beef entreé, and a custom dessert. 5-7 pm

Exclusive access: only one seating of 35 guests in the dining room

$100 per guest
Cash bar

High Lawn staff will be introduced after seating and will speak briefly between courses, highlighting ingredients of the course to follow.

Curated cheese box featuring High Lawn cheeses will be for sale to take home.

For many small businesses like ours, this winter has been an incredibly difficult one. In fact, the last four months have been brutal. While we’ve managed to stay strong on the weekends, Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays have been a struggle.

We’ve been making adjustments in the schedule to get through the season and into spring, but to be honest now we need your help.

We’re not looking for donations, but we are looking for support.

How can you help?

Last week we launched a Community Gift Card Drive, and we’ve been overwhelmed by the response. We’ve truly felt the love from this community—thank you. We still have a ways to go, and every bit of support continues to make a meaningful difference.

When you purchase a Bimi’s Canteen & Bar gift card before March 31, we’ll add an extra value voucher for free.

The first in a new series of Bimi’s dinner events, Friend of the Farmerwill spotlight the farmers, brewers, and distillers whose work inspires and shapes our menus. These evenings are an opportunity for our community to gather around the table, learn first hand where their food comes from, and meet the people behind it.
