GREAT NEWS! This Sunday, June 7th - we'll be serving BRUNCH/Breakfast from 10-2!
I should be posting the menu by end of day today here on Facebook. We'll have french toast, eggs, omelets, toast, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage, homefries and hashbrowns, orange juice, coffee, mimosas and bloody mary's - in addition to the regular menu.
This will be every Sunday from 10-2 - I will probably add some other things once it gets rolling like pancakes and waffles, corn beef hash, country ham....etc.......I LOVE BREAKFAST! And I know you will love breakfast here!
ALSO, don't miss out on the new vendor fair every Sunday across the street at Food and Flowers hosted by Nick & Amy Schumacher 1-4pm!

OMG! The 1 year Anniversary of the COB is May 28th!! Thank YOU for everyone who has been with me on this journey!

I am going to celebrate this "birthday" by closing down from Memorial Day and then reopening on Tuesday June 2nd so that I and my staff can take care of all of the maintenance items that have needed to get done, make some changes to the kitchen and add some things to the menu, switch out my register system to streamline business and allow me to be more efficient...etc. etc. etc.

This has been such an amazing year...I can't wait to see what this next one brings. If anybody needs anything while I am closed please don't hesitate to call me at the COB #. This is a cell phone and no matter where I am I will be able to take your calls or texts. 712-269-8441 or my personal cell 512-417-5531. I will be around all week (except Memorial Day and Thursday during the day (28th) - if you see my white Ford Explorer parked out front don't hesitate to pop in. I might even have some food if you're hungry. Or a drink if you are thirsty.....(note to my usual afternoon attendees!)

Looking forward to revising, or rather adding to my menu and then introducing some new specials for the summer. ALSO - big news to those who don't know yet - as of Sunday June 7th we will be open at 10am on Sunday's for Brunch and breakfast. What does that look like? Full regular menu but adding your faves: French toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelets, hashbrowns or homefries, bacon and sausage, coffee, juice, momosas, etc. etc. etc.

OK! Today is Shop Hop day in Charter Oak, Iowa! So many amazing vendors out here from the community! I am running some great specials today so look forward to having you guys here from 10 AM to 2 PM! And of course open until 1 AM serving food continuously from 11 AM to 9 PM! Also, our great new business in town is having their ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning at 11 AM that is Food & Flowers! Let’s show our support for this great community! Sidenote— I’ve got fresh chicken wings! $1.25/ea!
