Mint Julep season is here! The Julep is a deeply misunderstood cocktail with some disturbing and surprising history. Micah has thoughts and a hack for making it a balanced cocktail. Is there a whiskey enthusiast in your life? Are you a whiskey nerd? Or even just curious about what makes Bourbon “Bourbon”?  Join Alley Light bar manager Micah LeMon and long-time Alley Light alumnus Andrea Rouillard for a whiskey class and a deep dive on grain distillates!  The class will consist of series of guided tastings and brief lecture on the application of whiskey in cocktails.  Cost is $250/student, and includes drinks, snacks, tax, and tip.  A whiskey class makes a perfect holiday gift for the whiskey + cocktail lover in your family!

Class is on Monday, January 26th from 7-9pm. MAKES A PERFECT GIFT!!!
