Founded in May 2010, we are one of the area’s premier social groups for singles, providing a diverse range of quality activities for our members. Whether it is theater, bike rides, concerts, tennis, day trips, visiting wineries or area restaurants – or even just a mid-week trip to a local pub – you will find something of in

terest. A good description for our Meetup would be “an active circle of friends who enjoy doing group activities together.”

Our youngest members tend to be in their early 30's while the oldest are well into their 60’s. We agree with the concept that age is ‘just a matter of mind’ and feel that our diversity is instrumental in providing a fine array of quality events. Although some of us have been with the group since its inception, many others are recent members who have just moved to Central Virginia – and we always welcome New Members.

Our Tailgate Thursday summer music series returns this month! Kicking off on May 21st and running through August 27th we'll fire up the grills every Thursday from 6 to 9 pm. Due to numerous recent events:
New RSVP Regulations (as of May 11, 2015):

1) When you RSVP, it means that you like the event AND plan on attending. It's also assumed that you've read the full description and checked out the event link / menu.

2) If you find out the day of or right before the event that you will be unable to attend/change your mind, you should change your RSVP to reflect this. Either you can change your RSVP or you send an email/text with your reasoning as to why you cannot attend.

3) If you RSVP you are attending and choose not to attend/don't email the organizer, you will receive a reminder email the first time. The second time you risk being removed from the group.
