🌼The new summer menu drops today! 🌼 we’re craving bright, crunchy foods (and wines) these days, how about you? One of our faves: Roasted Carrot Hummus with North African spices, pepitas, and a pretty herb salad in gremolata vinaigrette.

🥪 Tramezzini with tomato, basil, and caper aioli. “Tramezzino” means “in between” in Italian. These are traditional Ventetian finger sandwiches served between meals to tide you over. Always on soft, white bread, with yummy Italian fillings. Ours is served on pan de mie
🧀 Banderillas with Comté Alpine cheese, soppressata, and Spanish Piparra peppers

🌼 a still (not fizzy) Vinho Verde made from 100% Azal from a tiny biodynamic producer. His secret? He uses dried chestnut flowers as a natural preservative.
