Meet Jordan Spellman, one of our talented bartenders at O-Ku Charlotte! 🍸

Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Jordan made the move to Charlotte in 2024 to be with his partner and joined the O-Ku team in March 2026.

When asked what they love most about working at O-Ku, Jordan's answer was simple: the teamwork and the laughter. Creating memorable experiences alongside an amazing team is what makes every shift special.

Outside of work, you'll find Jordan tending to their garden and enjoying all things plant-related. 🌱

As for future goals? Jordan hopes to add a few more cats to the family—or maybe even own a raccoon someday. 🐱🦝
