the Southeast & East Coast’s Premier Grassroots Reggae/Rock Festival for the 5th Annual Year! Our mission at S.B.T.S. Music & Arts Festival is to provide a quality arts and music festival which strengthens the local communities of Rock Hill, SC & Long Creek, SC and distinguishing the Chattooga River Resort & Campground as a destination market for the arts circuit, while also educating, engaging and inspiring both youth and adults about the arts and humanities within the Reggae/Rock Community. We continually strive to be a family friendly environment that has successfully introduced new music and visual arts to all who attend. Our goal at Surrounded by the Sound Music Festival is simple: 1.) Disply and Showcase the vast amount of talented bands and musicians in the Southeastern United States as well as on the East Coast. 2.) To cultivate and create a community of like minded individuals that spread a common theme of positivity and good vibes. SURROUNDED BY THE SOUND MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL

Camping spots will be available on a first come, first serve basis. No illegal substances will be permitted on the grounds.
0 tolerance for rude, obnoxious or aggressive behavior. No pets or animals will be permitted on the grounds! With the exception of service animals accompanied with proper documentation. No Littering. LEAVE NO TRACE. Pack it in, pack it OUT! We will have recycling receptacles and composting available. We encourage you to participate and help us to reduce our SBTS footprint on the Earth. If you see trash on the ground please pick up & recycle or compost, if appropriate. Drinking and driving is not allowed. This includes bikes, carts, and other motorized/wheeled vehicles. No fireworks/guns/personal lasers/weapons
Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by their parent. We encourage you to bring the young ones! We have tons of fun, interactive activities for them! No Re-Entry between the hours of 9 p.m. – 9 a.m.. Parking will be permitted in designated parking areas only. No ground fires. Fires will be permitted in designated areas only. Do not burn trash, only burn wood. No trash in the port-o-potties or bath houses
Any persons remaining on the property after 10 pm on Tuesday, September 5th will be expected to help with next day clean-up. NO EXCEPTIONS! No drones permitted on the grounds. Respect your fellow human(s). Have Fun and Spread Postivity
