Our Story

At Coastal Kitchen & Bar we take our tagline seriously! A Fresh Taste of the Carolinas is the inspiration behind every item on our menu. And we strive to incorporate as many fresh, local ingredients into our menu as possible. From locally sourced ribeye found in the Main Event section to Ashe County Cheese used on the Chef's Board, you will find many items that depict the flavors of our Carolina home.

A Fresh Taste of the Carolinas incorporates popular items from across the state. Several seafood and fish options bring the taste of the Coast into the mainland. The Lexington Style Smoked Barbeque Sandwich brings the Piedmont's BBQ battle to the Queen City. The upscale ingredients used in many items, like the Wagyu Burger and Andouille Crusted Red Snapper, show the culinary elevation you will find in cities such as Asheville and Charlotte. And we sprinkle just the right amount of Southern fried items into the menu to remind you of the true roots of Carolina flavors!
