Great to see everyone at VBGB B**r Hall for the WPSOC Benny Havens last night! We had a total of six Old Grads come out to share some suds, recap the Army - South Florida game, and critique the volleyball action on the local sand courts. On hand were Turner ‘71; Bolen ‘92; Jung ‘73; Linares ‘80; Cal ‘85. Not pictured is Dave Warshaw ‘89 who did a relief in place with Paul Cal after the photo was taken.

Reminder that next month we’ll be at OMB on Thursday, 15 October for the next Benny Havens night. Come join us and bring a friend or two! Beat Navy (and everyone else)!

Great WPSOC get-together in Matthews on Thursday night! Thanks to the six Old Grads and spouses who came out for our monthly Benny Havens social. We hit the center of the bell curve this time; two Grads each from the 70s, 80s and 90s. All attendees were treated to the coveted 2026 Army football calendar, graciously provided again this year by Tom Turner (‘71). No refrigerator in the Charlotte Metro area is complete without one!

Note our latest “Distinguished Society Award” proudly on display. Thanks for everyone’s participation and support this year; winning the DSA is never a problem for our Society.

The next event is our monthly lunches, scheduled for Thursday, 3 SEP at our three regular locations. Hope to see a good turnout.
