Our Creative Director, Mike Guzmán, was recently featured in VinePair’s latest piecce exploring the evolving conversation around bartender guest shifts and what they mean for the industry.

Mike shares his perspective rooted in what we believe guest shifts can do best: bring new voices to Charlotte, create opportunities for education and exchange, and give our community access to new experiences.

The article explores both sides of the conversation and the ways guest shifts can either reinforce industry circles or help expand them.

We’re proud to see Mike representing Charlotte and Blue Door in the conversation.
