is moving on to the next round for the 2026 NCRLA Chef Showdown. She made an incredible dish that paid tribute to her grandmother and grandfather. She spoke about how she used to walk with her grandmother miles to deliver her grandfather lunch in El Salvador.

When she was making this dish we all had no idea where her creative brain was going, but the final product was truly exceptional.
