We are located in NoDa at 26th & North Davidson and we started retail distribution and tap room sales in December 2011. Our goal is to create outstanding beer, to have a low impact on the environment, and to create personal relationships and ties to the local community.

Sounds like the perfect weather for Started from the Bottom, our latest small batch Mexican-style Lager.

Brewed with two-row pilsner, Vienna, corn (from our buds ), and chit malts, then lightly hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Saaz, this 4.3% crusher is crisp, clean, and endlessly drinkable.

Available Thursday in the taproom. Come cool off with us. 🍻

Free Oyster Day at Birdsong was a great success. Thanks for joining us on a cloudy day for beer and oysters. 🦪🍺

BIG thanks to Chef Will Stephenson for shucking 500 oysters (ok, he had a little help) and for preparing the most delicious cocktail sauce and mignonette to accompany them.

Inspired by heart-shaped glasses and sunny days by the pool, Better in Color is our annual citrus ale brewed to celebrate community, color, and summertime drinking at its easiest.

This bright and crushable ale bursts with zesty aromas of Meyer lemon, Mandarin orange, and grapefruit, balanced by a soft palate and light body that makes every sip feel like summer vacation.
