Launching today and available through July 10, this special Pride Month cocktail was created by our Fenton bartender, Cole Monica, as part of Ilegal Mezcal’s annual “Celebrating YOU” campaign.

Acidic. Sweet heat. Well seasoned.

Peppy Manzana combines Ilegal Mezcal, apple shrub, lime, and Ancho Reyes Red, finished with a dehydrated apple and cracked black pepper garnish for a cocktail that’s bright, balanced, and full of character.

Through Ilegal Mezcal’s 6th annual “Celebrating YOU” fundraising program, this cocktail helps raise awareness around LGBTQ+ mental and emotional health while honoring the joy, resilience, and spirit of the q***r community.

Fresas Frescas 🍓A Signature Cocktail
fruity · bright · smoky • 15% ABV

One of those cocktails that refuses to leave the menu for good reason.

Los Siete Misterios mezcal brings soft smoke and earthy depth, balanced by juicy strawberry-lemon oleo, bright grapefruit, and fresh lemon. Cynar, the Italian amaro famously made with artichoke leaves, adds a subtle bittersweet backbone that keeps the fruit from becoming overly sweet and gives the cocktail its layered, refreshing finish.

It’s vibrant, balanced, and the drink that turns a lot of “I don’t like mezcal” people into mezcal fans.
