Sunset’s Florida de Brazil ~ Brazilian Steak House ~ This Brazilian inspired restaurant specializes in Charrasio style cooking (Portuguese for Barbeque), slow roasting, perfectly seasoned cuts of Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Sausage and Seafood. Whenever possible we buy only locally grown products. Then serve it in the Rudizio Style of Service where skilled Gauchos (or Cowboys) journey through the restaurant with grilled meats on sword-like skewers taken directly off the Grill, stopping by each table to carve slices for each diner.This style of service allows our guest to experience a wide variety of mouthwatering selections.
