Edmund’s Oast Exchange is a beer and wine retail store in downtown Charleston—right next to Edmund’s Oast restaurant. The new incarnation of The Charleston Beer Exchange sports both an incredible craft beer selection and a comprehensive wine collection. The two-story space offers over 1,000 different varieties of beer and wine sold in cans, bottles, kegs, and growlers. It is also the only location

anywhere that patrons can buy beers produced at Edmund’s Oast restaurant to go. The wine offerings include everything from benchmark classics to fun finds from the young vanguard. A full curriculum of beer and wine classes, special events, and tastings will be held year-round. Edmund’s Oast Exchange is led by a stellar group of knowledgeable professionals including Certified Sommelier Sarah O’Kelley and Advanced Cicerone® Brandon Plyler.

WOW thank you so much for the outpouring of LOVE at our finale party!! We do have a tiny amount of wine and good amount of beer left to sell — so we will be open Monday through Friday this week — 12 to 5 with 30% off all remaining wine & beer plus some even deeper discounts on items like books, t-shirts, etc. But seriously thank you for showing up to laugh, cry, hug, and generally party down with us! Y’all are the best!! (And this team (including those not pictured) — we have truly been blessed at EOX!!) ❤️🫶

We have hosted wine tastings every Thursday for the past six years focusing on a region or producer! It's been just a $5 donation to our featured non-profit, and we are honored to go out by helping Reading Partners. Their mission is to help children become lifelong readers by empowering communities to provide individualized instruction with measurable results. (This is a really amazing non-profit to volunteer with!!)

What’s a guy gotta do to get some service around here!? Happy weekend! We are here from 11 to 8 on Saturday and 12 to 5 on Sunday with happy hour every day from 3 to 5: $4/glasses of house beer/wine and 1/2 off CROWLERS of house beer! And plenty of pup treats too 🐶❤️

TGIF!! We’ve got AC, glasses of Champagne, and live jazz (5:30 to 7:30) — really what more could you ask for during a heat wave!! Also we’ve said it before, and we will say it again — we are SOOOO appreciative of local guitarist McCarthy Fitch (and occasional accompanist Misha Pekar) who have brought so many good vibes to EOX!! Both recently graduated from C of C music program and are pursuing careers as musicians — so amazing!! ❤️
