Saturday's celebration of life for Molly will always hold a special place in my heart. I was asked to cook up some of her favorite food - beef and chicken tacos. "Molly's Taco" now holds a special place on the HCT menu. Fiesta ground beef with shredded lettuce and queso. It was a privilege to cook a taquiza in her honor.
