Celebrating our culture…Taste of Gullah Geechee. I created two signature drinks to reflect on our heritage. Bissap Breeze is a hibiscus based drink blended with flavors of peach and lime. Geechee Gold was served as a cocktail using tamarind, Ginger syrup with a hint of guava.

I know this will cost me a mint but there is nothing like sitting at the bar in the airport…
