One of our favorite cocktails we make here at Rum Row is the Crimson Tide. It’s a fun one to watch get made, with a little fire and smoke.

Tart from the hibiscus and lime, a little ginger and spice from the falernum, two rums underneath and a hit of anise on top.

The best Rum Row nights usually start with “let’s just order a few things for the table.”

A plate of loaded nachos lands in the middle, fajitas are still sizzling, cocktails are making their way around, and all of this with the people you’re with.

That’s kind of our favorite way to do Rum Row. Order a few things, share everything, grab another round and let the night take its time.

A Mai Tai isn’t supposed to taste heavy or overly sweet. It’s bright, balanced, citrusy, a little nutty, and lets the rum actually taste like rum without taking over the whole drink.

And now that we’re into October, it’s honestly a pretty good excuse to hang onto one little piece of summer.
