Big Grove and Sabino (stepping out from the kitchen pantry where he's usually whipping up everything from a Southwest Salad to chilled roasted beets to the Lemon Tart) toasts the Champaign-Urbana Farmers Markets again this Tuesday in Downtown Champaign!

We're out on the plaza until 5:30 with samples of our Blueberry Bramble (Sazerac Private Single Barrel Rye) - featuring FERMANIAN BLUEBERRIES!

You can also sample our fresh STRAWBERRY SALSA!

Then walk over to the Big Grove patio and enjoy both for dinner, as well as our INCREDIBLE MUSHROOM TACOS!!! (Maxwell's Mushroom Farm and Little Farm)

The Market is every Tuesday from 3-6pm in the downtown Plaza.

We're rolling out all the stops for Dad & the fam today!! He'll love starting the day with our newest brunch Old Fashioned - the Banana Nut Pancake OF. Butter-infused bourbon, banana liqueur, maple vanilla brown sugar syrup, walnut bitters, and a little vanilla pancake garnish.

This weekend we’re teaming up with two terrific vendors from the Champaign-Urbana Farmers Markets to create an INCREDIBLE weekend dish.

We went shopping in the downtown Plaza on Tuesday and got shrooms from Maxwell’s Mushroom Farm and sunflower micro greens from Little Farm (both from Decatur) and used their wonderful products in our VEAL MARSALA!!

Pan seared panko crusted veal is served over mashed potatoes in a marsala wine and Maxwell’s mushroom farm oyster mushroom sauce, topped with Little Farm sunflower microgreens. A side of fresh grilled asparagus spears completes the meal.

Don’t miss this delicious local team effort - and be sure to visit the Market on Tuesdays from 3-6!!
