🥃 BOURBON HERITAGE MONTH IS HERE! 🥃

September is Bourbon Heritage Month — a month to celebrate America’s native spirit, the people who make it, and, most importantly… to drink some really good bourbon. 😂

So naturally, we’re celebrating the Collective Pour way.

All month long, we’ll be cracking open bottles and putting them on special at some ridiculous prices.

Think of it like our “Help Wanted” pours — Bourbon Heritage Month style.

Here’s how it works:

🥃 We post a featured bottle at a SUPER deal.
🥃 You come help us finish it.
🥃 Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
🥃 The next day, we post a NEW one and do it all over again.

Some bottles may last a few days. Some might not make it through the night. 👀

Either way, keep an eye on our social media because you never know what we’re opening next.

And we’re kicking things off with a GOOD one…

My tasting notes: Sweet up front with peaches and stone fruit, followed by a fantastic finish with hints of cherry, baking spice and vanilla.

Our riff on an Old Fashioned with Larceny Barrel Proof Single Barrel, wildflower honey & black walnut bitters.

Warm, a little honey, subtle black walnut… and dangerously easy to enjoy. 😂🥃

This one took us a minute to get just right. A few tweaks, a few tastes (someone had to do it 🤷‍♂️), and we’re finally ready to share it with you!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out for our Weller event last night! 🥃

It was such a fun night — great seeing so many familiar faces, meeting some new ones, sharing some pours…and yes, we actually opened the Weller Millennium. 👀

My official verdict?

It’s freaking delicious.
And yes…worth every penny. 😂🥃
(I said what I said.)

Also, Pardon & Proof made its debut last night and you all clearly approved. 👏 So we’re making it official — it hits the cocktail menu starting Friday!

Thanks again for spending the evening with us. Nights like this are exactly why we love what we do.
