You live and you learn. Part of brewing is seeing what you can manipulate to make different outcomes. Atomic Dog is a strong recipe that I feel will be a great addition to my catalogue. BUT...due to a thermometer issue, this batch came in at 3.4%! Ever had a light IPA? LOL Oh well, time for some equipment upgrades!
