⚠️ Boaters — a quick safety reminder from our team out on the water:

Please keep an eye out for the dredge line, which is marked with large orange buoys. The line normally sits below the surface, but from time to time it can rise and float if air gets trapped in it. Hitting it can seriously damage a boat’s motor and causes delays in dredging operations that many boaters rely on.
This area is an idle‑speed zone, but we’re still seeing boats come through too fast and accidentally striking the line.

Your help makes a big difference.
By taking it slow and watching for the orange markers, you’ll protect your boat, keep everyone safe, and help us keep dredging on schedule.

We are trying to get 50 signatures so we can petition to add Sunday liquor sales to Precinct D which is downtown. I have to deliver to the Board of Elections by February 4th 2026. You have to live and be a registered voter in Precinct D. I will be at Brew tonight and Saturday if anyone can stop in and help us out. I'll be out walking the streets on Monday and Tuesday so if you see a frozen dude out knocking on doors pour me something warm to drink. I have a list of people if your not sure I'll have it with me
