Hello fb friends! 🥰

Well, the cat is out of the bag! Yes, we are RETIRING after 37 years in Oz.! (14 yrs in Thiensville at Galioto's Pastimes Restaurant, and 23 yrs in Cedarburg at Galioto's Twelve21(Galioto's Vintage Grille, Inc), with a five year stint downtown at The Vintage Cafe and TakeAway from 2005 - 2010, for those of you keeping track. 😉

This has been brewing for a while. In Oct. 2024 our son, Jeff (and DIL, Taryn), got married and we had the reception at the restaurant. It was wonderful. And it was our last act. After that we were ready to move on. The next ten months were filled with alot of what next and what now and to whom and how?? Then along came Seth Dehne, Jake Dehne, and Robert Jude. Just read the press release from On Milwaukee and you'll see how easy it was for us to hand them the keys. We couldn't be happier for them and for Cedarburg!

We'd like to give our heartfelt THANK YOU to the whole community for supporting and trusting us for all these years! It's been our pleasure and our HONOR to serve you.

Finally, we'd like to thank the incredible staff that has been there with us through it all! They are the best. Period. They will always be family. We will always be grateful. ❤️

Had a great night with the best staff EVER! This small group, (plus Michael who was off), is the whole package. They handle the dining room, bar, kitchen, large groups in the party room, and the entire volleyball program. Dave and I have been so blessed with this work FAMILY and we truly love every single one of them. Thank you to the Galioto crew! We'd be lost without you.❤️🧡💛
