Zythologists! I visited Q and Brew last night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had the Cash Rules, a light but tasty cream ale. My only regret was not ordering a flight so I could sample more. Oh well. I will have to return. VERY soon! Then there’s the food. I had chips and salsa, a Blacksmith taco (which was great) and the house smoked sausage. I had to order more sausage to take home. I consider myself a sausage connoisseur and thanks to the recommendation of our wonderful server I was happy to have possibly the best sausage ever. Very reminiscent of Elgin smoked sausage for those in the know. Must visit.
