We’re incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support today ❤️
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing staff, friends, family, and community—as well as the Alameda County Fire Department, Alameda County Health Department, and all of our service partners—for responding so quickly and helping us through this.
Thanks to everyone coming together, we’re happy to share that JP’s Restaurant will reopen with regular hours tomorrow, Saturday, May 9th at 8 AM. We’re also excited to be open and ready to serve all the wonderful mothers this Mother’s Day.
Thank you to our JP’s family for your hard work, dedication, and teamwork in getting everything back to normal. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Due to a small kitchen fire this morning, we are temporarily closed. Thankfully, there was no major damage—just some cleanup from water and smoke. We’re working to reopen as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
