A small micro brewery nestled in the corner of Southwest Missouri, also located in Cassville, Mo. Our owner/head brewer is Joseph Zucca. Joe's history of brewing dates back to home brewing days along with experiences with: Boulevard Brewing Company in Kansas City, Mo., Bike Rack Brewing, in Bentonville, Ar., and currently 39th Street Brewing in Kansas City, MO. Our brewery consists of 5 on tap bre

ws along with mixed drinks and mixed ale drinks. We allow outside food, have indoor and outdoor seating, are dog and family friendly, and on Saturdays provide food trucks and live music.

We appreciate your interest, but unfortunately, Hungry Hollow Brewing Co. has permanently closed its doors for the season this year. Nonetheless, if you're seeking a superior brew, we recommend visiting Bike Rack Brewing Co. in Bentonville, where Joe's exceptional craft beers are available for your enjoyment. Cheers!

Well, it was time.... I've taken back over brewing operations at Bike Rack Brewing in Bentonville. It'll be a month or 2 before I have some new brews out, we have a lot in stock at the moment. It’s an amazing location and we'll do some great things there.

As for Hungry Hollow Brewing. I don't like to say the doors are closed forever, because who knows.... maybe someone will take it over. You never know what the second act has in store. But for now it is closed.
