Steak Night is one of those “small town legendary” evenings. Great steaks, great people, lots of laughter, and enough stories being told around the tables to probably qualify as local history lessons.
There’s just something inspirational about neighbors gathering together over a good meal — proving once again that in Colorado, important community decisions can absolutely be solved over steak and mashed potatos.
And let’s be honest… if the smell alone drifting along the creek doesn’t convince you to stop in, your stomach may need counseling.
