One year ago today we took possession of Cascade Locks Ale House and started the 3 day process of reopening as Whiskey Flats Tavern.

The outpouring of support from the community of Cascade Locks was more than we could have ever imagined! This community is AMAZING and we couldn’t be happier that we joined it!

Our amazing management duo of Grace & Evan have made my dream a reality of creating a community gathering space that I’m proud to be a part of here in the heart of the gorge.

You asked, we answered! Starting this Saturday, you can now enjoy ALL THREE MEALS at Whiskey Flats on the weekends! 😅

Big shoutout to the Tourism Committee for the sweet gift drop off today! These fish cookies are so cute. It takes a village and we are so happy to be a part of this one 🥰

Progress report on the patio…

You may have noticed our unfortunate lack of progress lately… Our concrete supplier delivered us junk concrete for our wall and followed it up by delaying providing us a reasonable settlement for their breach of contract. The good news, removal began today!

Our amazing contractor, Johnny Jenkins Construction, is hoping to have us back on track in the coming weeks and we hope to still complete close to our original timeline.

It’ll be dusty for a couple days but we’re excited to see the finished product this summer!

Thank you to Port of Cascade Locks for making our dreams become a reality with creating this space for families to spend their days with us here at Whiskey Flats Tavern!
