Totopos will take you on a walk through our beautiful country, and transport you to the majestic streets of our dear Mexico City. Totopos is the beginning of a dream, of a new adventure, and it began many years ago with a trip over 3000 km. Totopos can be described as "the culmination" of a project that has crossed our paths since our early years. For us, it was relatively easy to make a journey with suitcases full of illusions. Coming from the many regions of Mexico, Totopos is a beautiful partnership between Joel Ibarra, Miguel Araiza, Miguel Cuevas and Salvador Alvarez. Totopos is not limited to serving Mexico City-style quesadillas, tacos and tostadas, we also honor the diversity of culinary influences that converge in one of the largest cities in the world. From the Northern Highlands, to the Central Pacific coast, we present dishes from the many different regions of our diverse country. Totopos is an impression of daily life in Mexico City. Totopos is the folklore that characterizes our great city, the colonial architecture, the street food stalls, and the Metro that surrounds our skyscrapers. From luchadores to Xochimilco trajineras, Totopos grabs inspirations from all corners of the city.
