Blue Sky Crying is the brainchild of Justin Abood, lead guitarist, singer and songwriter. Justin started singing with his Dad at age 5 and started playing guitar at 14. BSC is the final combination of all of the above between practice, friends, shows, lessons, etc. Rounding out the Trio we have John Bass on Bass as a freelance player in the Raleigh area focusing on Jazz/funk/R&B/Rock along with this current project. Jeff Crouse on the Kit has been playing drums and percussion in the area for over 35 years now. He has his masters from the University of Miami in Studio Jazz drumming. Their unique jazz feel combined with Justin’s raw grit writing with guitar work is a winning combination not to be missed.
