We were able to score a few pounds of super fresh shish*to peppers from our friends at HeartSongFarmNC this week, and we’re excited this weekend to offer a half pound of these beauties coated in a tasty beer batter tempura with a side of a creamy ponzu dipping sauce! This weekend, we’re celebrating this years release of our Cultural Divide Farmstand Pickle & Sour Cherry Turnover release with a kickass special from our kitchen here at Tap & Table in Carrboro. If you’re a fan of our semi-world famous Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich, you’re gonna wanna hang onto your brioche buns for this one…

Available this weekend only, we’re offering up two tasty variations on our best seller: a Dill Pickle Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, slathered in a spicy pickle-juice infused buffalo wing sauce, melted dill havarti, pickle juice-brined applewood bacon, lettuce, house pickles and scallion aioli, and our Cherry Chipotle BBQ Chicken Sandwich, made with a spicy black cherry-chipotle pepper barbecue sauce, Cheerwine-infused applewood smoked bacon, melted chipotle cheddar, pickle, lettuce and scallion aioli!

It’s Frozen Friday, which means we knock 2 bucks off our frozen cocktails all evening long, and we’ve got a real special one going in alongside the last of our Watermelon Mezcalrita for you today!

We were recently able to get our hands on a couple bottles of (which is a bit of an accomplishment these days in and of itself, IYKYK), so we’re slinging frozen Last Words starting at 4pm when we open until this batch is gone!

We’ve had a great time putting together all kinds of delicious burgers during our inspired run of specials the past several weeks, but now that the final match has been played and a winner has emerged, we’re wrapping up with just one more tasty special this weekend in honor of Rodri and his crew!

Introducing our Spain Burger, available for a limited time starting Thursday 7/23 through the weekend (or until we run out) starts with a cast iron-seared 6oz blend of Spanish chorizo & ground chuck, melted aged Manchego, a smoky house romesco sauce, scratch-made saffron aioli, Bibb lettuce, summer tomato, house bread & butter pickle & shaved red onion on a toasted Ninth Street Bakery brioche roll with a pickled caperberry on top!

This’ll be the last weekly burger special we’re offering for a little bit, so make sure you don’t miss out on this one before it’s gone! Paired up with a fresh Saxapahaw Lager and an order of fried hand-cut potato wedges, you can’t go wrong!

Our 6oz cast iron-seared burger with melted French butter & creamy Gruyère, then loaded with lots of cognac-deglazed caramelized onions, Bibb lettuce and a savory Dijon Roquefort mayo, all piled high on a sesame-seeded Ninth Street Bakery brioche roll with a French cornichon on top for good luck!

Heading into a new weekly burger special with The Mexico, available and ready for your taste buds when we open today until we run out!

This one hits all the receptors, starting with our seasoned 6oz cast iron-seared beef patty, melted queso blanco, a housemade pico de gallo mayo, housemade chunky guacamole, fire-roasted poblano peppers & fresh Bibb lettuce, piled high between a toasted 9th St brioche bun, and topped with a crispy fried chili relleno “roll” on top!

Continuing our celebration of all things through the universe language of the delicious hamburger, we present to you the brand new Brazil Burger, also known as the X-Tudo, which roughly phonetically translates to “cheese everything”, available for a little while as we head into the holiday weekend!

This beast pulls out all the stops, starting with our 6oz cast iron-seared beef patty, covered in melted Cooper’s sharp cheddar and a Brazilian linguica calabresa sausage, a fried local egg, crisp fried shoestring potatoes, a fresh summer corn salad, plus all you favorite burger fixins (lettuce, tomato, onion, housemade pickles, mayo, mustard & ketchup), all crammed between a seeded Ninth Street Bakery brioche roll!
