Position: Server, bartender and host
Location: 370 E main st #140, [carrboro, chapel hill]
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Welcome and seat guests, providing a warm and friendly introduction to our restaurant.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring special requests are accommodated.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of presentation.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications:
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the menu and the ability to describe dishes and beverages accurately.
• Must be at least [legal age for serving alcohol] years old and have knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
• Neat and professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
