Hailing from the East Coast and now calling downtown Wilmington, NC home, Tommy Oakes blends influences from his decade in Colorado with his East Coast roots. During the pandemic, Tommy took his guitar playing to the next level, diving into songwriting and developing a unique style. His music is a rich tapestry of folk, singer-songwriter, and Americana vibes. At the upcoming gig, you can look forward to a mix of Tommy’s original tunes accompanied by his good friend Patrick Wellens on piano.
