Delivered fresh daily, these loaves, rolls, and buns are a testament to old-world tradition. Each one is shaped by hand and naturally leavened through slow fermentation using organic, stone-milled flours. Whether it’s the savory Parmesan Black Peppercorn, the rustic Sesame Olive, or the classic Traditional Sourdough, every bite reflects the seasons and the soul of the Central Coast.
